I’d always thought of insurance as being like buying a ticket for a lottery that you don’t want to win. But now, having experienced a life-threatening situation, I’m so grateful for the work that you guys have done for me.
You always hear horror stories about insurance companies trying everything to avoid paying out, but I guess those are the stories that sell newspapers, not the uneventful, more straightforward claims that I presume make up the vast majority.
I’m generally feeling less stressed about the cost of living and looming financial pressures now, which is definitely good for my heart!
